Why is a lesson locked for me?
You’re likely on a plan that doesn’t include that course, or your trial has ended. Check Membership & Access for details, or upgrade from your Dashboard — your progress is always saved.
What does Freemium include?
Sample course content and the first half of every Resource Library page — enough to explore and see if StartupDevKit fits your needs.
What’s in the Incubator vs Accelerator?
Incubator = Idea Validation + MVP + Bootstrapping.
Accelerator = Accelerator Program + MVP + Bootstrapping.
Each excludes the other’s flagship course.
Do trials include the Resource Library?
Yes — Incubator and Accelerator trials include full library access during your trial period.
Courses & Progress
How do I track progress?
Use the progress bar at the top of each lesson. Click Mark Complete when finished.
My lesson won’t mark complete.
Refresh, ensure you’re logged in, and check your plan access. Still stuck? Post in the forum with the lesson link and a screenshot.
Focus mode hid my menu — how do I navigate?
Hover your avatar (top-right) to open your full menu. Only items available under your plan will appear.
I finished my trial — what happens to my progress?
Your progress stays tied to your account; upgrade anytime to continue right where you left off.
Billing & Cancellations
How do I cancel my membership?
Top menu → Account → Manage Membership. No email required.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — within 21 days for members who did not start with a free trial. No refunds if you joined via a trial.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Absolutely. Changes apply immediately, and any prorated credit shows on your next bill.
Mentoring
Is mentoring included?
It’s an add-on: $100 per session (weekly or bi-weekly, no monthly). You must be in the Incubator or Accelerator.
How do I cancel mentoring?
Email us — mentoring runs through a separate Stripe portal. Sessions are non-refundable.
What if I miss a session?
Give ≥ 4 hours’ notice to reschedule. Without notice: no credit. With notice: reschedule within the same or following week (double-up allowed) or receive a credit per policy.
Can my whole team join a mentoring call?
Yes — team mentoring is welcome. We’ll set shared goals and next steps for everyone on the call.
Teams & Enterprise
How do team accounts work?
One parent account + three child seats (4 total). Teammates join with a sponsorship code provided by the parent account.
Do you offer enterprise or institutional plans?
Yes — custom plans for universities, venture firms, and accelerators. Email [email protected] for a quote.

Where do I get help?
Start in the Forums (preferred so others benefit). For private issues, email [email protected]. Replies within 1 business day (Mon–Fri). A live chat help-bot is coming soon.
Is there a code of conduct?
Yes — be respectful, no spam, maintain confidentiality, and stay on topic. Moderators may edit or remove posts; repeat offenders lose access.
Completion & Certificates
Do you provide completion certificates?
Not yet. Certificates will launch with specific plans and rates soon. Paid members already receive a deliverables checklist to track program completion.
