You are a valued member and we will work to resolve any issues and answer questions that you have in a timely fashion.

There are five different kinds of support we offer for our members:

For technical support, please describe the following:

  1. What you were doing
  2. The expected result from the action
  3. The actual result of what happened. Please share any error messages if they occurred on your screen.
  4. Please hit F12 or right click your mouse and click on inspect, then take a screenshot of the error message.
  5. Send this information to [email protected].
